CM 104 St. Louis Style Rib

Fully cooked and hardwood smoked premium St. Louis style of pork rib coated with brown sugar and spices. Each rib wrapped in plastic to preserve flavor/freshness. Exact weight 20# case.  Approx. 10-11 racks/case.

Instructions / Storage

  • All meats are fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve peak flavor and moisture. Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate transportation, it is normal for the meat and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment
  • Upon arrival, place the BBQ in the refrigerator if you plan to serve within 4 days. If you plan to serve it later, place it in the freezer for up to 6 months
Rib heating instructions are as follows:
Preheat oven to 350°. Remove the ribs from the plastic and place on an oven safe pan.  Heat ribs for approximately 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°.  Can be grilled or microwaved until internal temperature is 165°.
The product is already fully cooked.  DO NOT OVERCOOK
Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
