We’ve used our original recipe Barbecue sauce for decades, and since customers love it so much, we started bottling it on its own. This sweet sauce is good for any meat, including chicken, beef, or pork, and works well in basting or dipping. Give it a try!
Meat and seasoning – that’s all that’s in our sausage. We use only grass-fed lean beef, pork, and spices is our sausage. Our Hot Dog recipe consists of 100% All Beef and seasonings. We never use any fillers, extenders, or MSG. The sausage is smoked and fully cooked, allowing you to serve it hot or cold.
Our hams are slow smoked with a blend of Northwest woods, including cherry and apple wood. The result: a delicious ham for any occasion, always made fresh here in the Northwest. These hams are fully cooked, so you can serve them hot or cold, great as an entree or for sandwiches. We offer a boneless sweet bourbon ham and an old fashioned ham, semi-boneless, including a honey glaze packet.
