Longhorn Barbecue originated in Houston, Texas in 1946. After 10 years in the “Pistol Packin’ City,” the Lehnertz brothers decided to move to the great Northwest! Since coming to Spokane from Texas, the brothers have captured the hearts of Spokane diners with their excellent “Southern Pit Style” barbecue. This is REAL pit barbecue smoked with apple, cherry, and alder woods.
The Longhorn Family has been making friends one rib, one bite of sausage, and one splash of barbecue sauce at a time. Longhorn stands by a few basic principles: product, personality, and professionalism.
